Mike joined Norcom in April of 2022 as its General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Mike works with all departments and advises on a variety of issues such as business relationships, compliance and regulatory matters, risk management, and litigation.

Prior to Norcom, Mike spent several years working in law firms representing individuals and corporate clients. He has a bachelor's degree from Norwich University, and a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hiking with his dog, and working out.
